Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between BIZAIOS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing or using the BIZAIOS website (the “Site”), applications, or any services provided by us (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Eligibility
1.Age Requirement : You must be at least 18 years of age—or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction—to use our Services.
2.Compliance : You represent and warrant that you will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.License to User Content : If you post, upload, or submit any content through the Services (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.
Fees and Payment

2.Payment Method : You must provide a valid payment method when subscribing to our Services. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIZAIOS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BIZAIOS, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to:
1.Your use or misuse of the Services;
2.Your violation of these Terms;
3.Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which
BIZAI OS is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections related to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination.
Miscellaneous
1.Entire Agreement : These Terms and any other policies or agreements referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and BIZAIOS regarding your use of the Services.
2.Severability : If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3.No Waiver : Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
4.Assignment : You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations herein without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
